FAQ's

How long will delivery take? 
Prints are made to order. Therefore please allow at least 3-5 working days to process your order. You order then will be sent out using the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service as standard. 

Do you do other sizes of print? 
I can indeed do bespoke sizes of print. If you'd like to discuss a project you have in mind, please do head to the contact page and get in touch. I'd be delighted to talk through it with you. Depending on photo sizes/formats sometimes some cropping of the image may occur. If you need more info please get in touch!

Will my order have the 'Laura McIlveen Photography' watermark on it?
No! I watermark my images just to keep them safe online. Your print will not have a large watermark printed over the image. 

What is the surface of the photo like? 
I choose different papers for different photographs, choosing a paper that best suits an image. Generally you can find the type of paper used in the description, if you want more info before purchasing please do get in touch. The majority of my photographs are printed on a high quality professional lustre photographic paper. 

Do you do photo framing?
I can indeed offer a framing option, just get in touch and we can discuss options.

How will my photo order be delivered? 
Your order will either arrive in a strong cardboard envelope, a cardboard box or in a postal tube, depending on print size.
